Cancellations & Changes
The following guidelines apply should you wish to cancel, change, or reschedule an order:
1. Cancellation Procedures
If you wish to cancel an order, please call 082 455 0809 between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday to Friday. No cancellations will be accepted via email or after-hours voice mail, or outside of the specified time, or over weekends and holidays.
2. Deadline for Cancellation of Orders
All cancellations requests MUST be received no later than 5 p.m. on the day prior to delivery, and no cancellations calls will be accepted on a Saturday or Sunday.
3. Cancellation Fees
Once you have placed an order, a series of events begins, ensuring timely deliver and accurate routing, on cancellation of an order, the process is reversed and uses a significant amount of administrative time, therefore a cancellation fee is charged to cover these costs.
Our standard fee is R100.00 for basic orders placed online, and an R80.00 fee for telephonic orders.
Should you cancel an order after the deadline (which is one day prior to delivery) the full value of the order will be forfeited.
This cancellation policy applies to orders canceled on the same day as they are placed.
Additional charges may apply in cases where special order service has been provided.
4. Changes
Any changes to orders will be accommodated providing the order has not been dispatched.
5. Rescheduling
Orders may be rescheduled if they meet the same requirements as cancelled orders, at no extra fee, Additional delivery charges will, however, apply if the delivery address changes, and the new destination’s delivery charges are higher than the original address.
Balloon décor
Delivery & Set-Up Charges
• Set-Up charges are included in the price of all balloon decorating items. The delivery charges will appear as an additional item in the shopping cart, and will range between R50.00 to R400.00 depending on the location.
Placing Large Orders Online
• When wishing to place orders over R1000.00 (one thousand rand) within 5 days of required delivery, please check by phone before placing the order to ensure that sufficient stock is available to complete the order.
Installation Time
• You will be offered several time slots for delivery when placing an order online, should your timing be more specific, please give us a call to ensure the specific delivery time is met.
6. Outdoor Decorating
If you wish to place an order for balloons to be used outdoors, please call us before placing the order.
7. Removal of Dècor
Removal of Dècor is not included in the price quoted. Should you require us to remove the dècor after the event we will be happy to provide you with a quote for this service.
8. Payment
All payments to be made via EFT, and no delivery will be dispatched without proof of payment.
9. Cancellation Policy
Should you wish to cancel and your order contains special order items, you…the customer…will be responsible for the cost of the said items.
Should your order NOT contain special order items, the following will apply:
Orders canceled within 2 weeks of placing the order: Full refund
Orders canceled within 6-13 days of delivery date: Fee equal to 20% of order value will be applicable
Orders canceled within 3-5 days of delivery date Fee equal to 50% of order value will be applicable
Orders canceled with 2 days of delivery date: Fee equal to 90% of order value will be applicable
10. Float Times
Float times vary depending on balloon size, balloon type, elevation, humidity, temperature, and whether or not they are used indoors or outdoors. Please call for more details regarding this issue.
Sample Float Times at Sea Level, Indoors, Low Humidity, 70 Degrees F
11-inch latex without Hi-Float® treatment: 20 hours
11-inch latex with Hi-Float® treatment: 3-5 days
16-inch latex without Hi-Float® treatment: 40-45 hours
16-inch latex with Hi-Float® treatment: 3-5 days
Mylar balloons: Remain full for 3-5 days but will float 14-30 days

11. Reconfirmation
You will receive an automated confirmation of your order via email, and a representative from our decorating staff will call within 48 hours(excluding public holidays and weekends) to re-confirm your order, and ensure that all pertinent details have been addressed.
